GENERAL INFORMATION

Thank you very much for purchasing at lemoniez.com. We are really happy to have you as a client. The following are the general rules that conduct our selling process. If you have any specific requirements, please, do not hesitate in contacting us and we will try to help you if that is possible.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made through credit card or debit card: Visa, Master Card and others. American Express is not accepted. The cards must be approved for electronic payments. If your card is rejected, ask your bank for electronic payments authorization.

COUNTRIES WHERE WE CURRENTLY SELL

Lemoniez’s online store sells to the following countries:

Austria, Bulgaria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland (peninsular), Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia,  Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States, United Arab Emirates.

With the exception of the following specific areas:

Island of Helgoland and the city of Büsingen (Germany), Faroe Islands and Greenland (Denmark), Aland Islands (Finland), Mount Athos (Greece), San Marino, Livigno, Campione and Italian waters of Lago di Lugano (Italy), Channel Islands and Gibraltar (United Kingdom), Ceuta and Melilla (Spain), Andorra.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME

Shipping costs and delivery times differ depending on destination, according to the following table:

The shipping costs are automatically calculated and are reflected in the payment page. The goods always travel with postage prepaid and charged on the invoice.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

Customs duties and taxes may apply to countries out of the European Union, as well as to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Customs charges or taxes of the customer’s country shall be borne by the customer.  For more information on Customs and Import charges we would recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

TRACKING ORDERS

When the order leaves Lemoniez warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number of the carrier company.

RETURNS

If for any reason upon receipt of your order you are not completely satisfied, you have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt for returning your shipment. Returned items must be in its original condition, unused with all product labels and all accessories included.

  1. Send an email to e-shop@lemoniez.com to let us know that you want to return one of your purchases. You will receive the labels and a return form
  2. Enter in the original package the item or items you want to return along with the return form.
  3. Called the courier to arrange the time of collection.

Product returns which are incomplete, damaged, modified or in any condition which Lemoniez can reasonably believe have been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Remember that the cost of returning your goods are to be borne by the customer, according to this:

  • Spain: 5 euros
  • European Union: 15 euros
  • Rest of the world: 35 euros

A confirmation will be emailed once received the return and when refund is issued. We recommend keeping your shipping note until you have received the refund.

Please, note: card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the processing time.
